The Armory is the nickname given to the Tabernacle Baptist Church Youth Group. Based on Ephesians 6:11 which states "Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil." The Armory is here for the sole purpose of equipping the teenagers of our church with facing the issues of the day, and making godly judgments about them. A variety of tools are used each week during Armory sessions, Bible Trivia, Memory, Searches, Systematic teaching and preaching all are combined into an Armory session to prepare the teenager to live a godly lifestyle, not only on Sundays, but throughout the week. A solid youth group, regardless of size can be the foundation of lasting relationships. Tabernacle Baptist Church recognizes a need to reach the youth in a direct manner. Our youth group consists of teenagers with varied backgrounds: from Home-schoolers, to public school kids, we've got them all. Our youth group strives to reach teenagers from every walk of life. Feel free to stop by anytime and check us out, we start at 9:45 am on Sunday morning, with various activities scheduled throughout the year.
